So since I'm trying to stay on my new eating regimen (don't call it a diet because that word has "die" in it), I made home made pizza with, skinny crust, chicken, broccoli, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes for dinner.  It was only 220 calories and it was awesome!

Okay, so another week, another pound!  I'm losing it slowly but surely.  12 pounds isn't so bad.  I'll take it!  Toast to me.

So I found a wonderful banana raisin bread recipe that I love and is right in my calorie range.  No more "flat butt" tasting bread in the morning for breakfast. Yum!

So 4 pounds lighter and feeling stoked!  I'm going to keep going.  I'm on day 14 without  having an A-Fib, so things are going very well.  I've been parking on the 2nd or 3rd floor of the garage and taking the stairs alot.  I'm on a roll!

On the job front, I've been working on a temp to perm job, which I love!  I'm hoping that they will continue to be in love with me too and offer me a full time position.  Everyone at this place is awesome, I enjoy going into work.  I think that has helped with the A-fib too.  A little less joblessness stress helps everything!
Soooo I know I haven't been very active in the last month.  I've been battling with my weight loss plan.  No weight lost, but i feel a lot better physically.  I've decided not to get on the scales for awhile, I'm going to continue the good fight, but I refuse to be depressed because the scales aren't budging.

So no weight loss this week and no job.  I'm not giving up on either! And I have my puppy to make me feel better.
